The Sicario film collection is a crime–action thriller series centered on the U.S.–Mexico border war against drug cartels. The first film, Sicario (2015), follows an FBI agent who is drawn into a shadowy world of covert operations. Its sequel, Sicario: Day of the Soldado (2018), continues the narrative with a deeper look into cartel conflicts and black-ops missions. A third installment is in development but has not been released yet.
